These special Wednesday night class in January offer the opportunity to gain experience of the powerful, inspiring meditations presented in the book “The New 8 Steps to Happiness.”

It will give you the opportunity to contemplate and meditate, discuss with others and ask questions. Don’t miss it!In this drop-in class, we explore simple techniques to make our meditations effective and enjoyable.

Through explanations and guided meditations, you will quickly learn the basics, and come away with the tools you need to begin your own meditation practice.
