About the Series:

Without a clear vision of what is possible and methods to accomplish our true potential, it is difficult to make the most of our life and be of greatest benefit to others. Buddha’s teachings on the mind give us the confidence to change by showing us how our mind works, where it gets stuck and what to do about it. Meditation gives us the practical methods to bring this change about. Join us for this 7-week course where we will explore the practices and meditations within Buddhist psychology that can help us to become the person we wish to be!

June 28 – September 6

In this introductory class designed especially for beginners, you will learn basic meditation practices and the Buddhist approach to training the mind. An emphasis will be placed on learning how to begin a meditation practice at home, and how to integrate the very practical teachings of Buddhism into your life.
