Public Talk – A World Gone Mad: Buddhist Solutions for Fear and Anxiety

How does one cope with the uncertainty and instability of our chaotic modern world without getting jaded or living in a constant state of anxiety? In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Rigpa will explore practical methods for transforming adversity from the point of view of Buddhist philosophy, psychology and meditative practice. Everyone is welcome.
This talk will be followed by a 6-week course exploring these topics more deeply on Monday nights at 7:30-9:00pm.
