About The Course
How does one cope with the uncertainty and instability of our chaotic modern world without getting jaded or living in a constant state of anxiety? In this special course we will explore practical methods for transforming adversity from the point of view of Buddhist philosophy, psychology and meditative practice.

What to Expect at a Class:
Our Monday evening introductory meditation class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Class is followed by refreshments and time to chat with the teacher and other students. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
