In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. These teachings give us a chance to truly experience peace of mind and live a meaningful life by restoring our focus on what’s important.
What to Expect at a Class:
Our Monday evening introductory meditation class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Class is followed by refreshments and time to chat with the teacher and other students. Everyone is welcome. DROP IN AND JOIN AT ANY TIME! NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

**Please arrive 15 minutes before class for registration and to get settled in the meditation hall. Once the 1st meditation has started, you will need to wait outside in the community room where there is a video broadcast before you can join the class. This to ensure that everyone has a positive meditation experience. Thank you for your kind understanding!
