Anger ruins a good day, a good relationship, a good life! It robs us of our happiness and destroys our mental well-being. In this course, we’ll explore practical solutions to the problem of anger. We’ll deconstruct the causes of anger and learn to transform this painful habit of mind by training in meditation and understanding Buddhist psychology.

About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk, and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Alessandra has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for more than 10 years. She has been teaching meditation and Buddhist wisdom since 2008 and is appreciated for her honesty and humor, helping her students to quickly and easily put the teachings into effect.
