New Course – Starts May 16 – Love, Desire and Possessiveness

There is nothing wrong with desire. But uncontrolled desire is very painful. In this course we will explore methods to increase our good heart of love while reducing the jealousy, possessiveness and attachment that can wreak havoc on our relationships.

About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk, and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

About the teacher

Alessandra Schulman

Alessandra has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for more than 10 years. She has been teaching meditation and Buddhist wisdom since 2008 and is appreciated for her honesty and humor, helping her students to quickly and easily put the teachings into effect.
