NEW DROP-IN SERIES Starts May 19 – Mindfulness: Fundamentals of Buddhist Meditation
In the fast pace of our work and personal lives, our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distraction. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind. These teachings give us a chance to truly experience peace of mind and live a meaningful life by restoring our focus on what’s important.

Everyone is welcome! No experience is necessary

About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Although it’s most beneficial to engage in the whole series, you are welcome to drop in for an individual class whenever you wish.

Weekly guided meditations and Buddhist teachings are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.

Sue Darling

Sue Darling is a clear and inspiring teacher who presents Buddha's teachings in a way that is both powerful and practical. Sue has studied Kadampa Buddhism since 1998 and has a wealth of experience and study to draw upon when she teaches.
