Overcoming Perfectionism, Self-Criticism and Discouragement

We sometimes set up an all-or-nothing approach to success, feeling that if we’re not able to do something perfectly then we’re a failure. Through Buddhist psychology, we can learn practical methods that will help us accept who and where we are, and make spiritual progress towards becoming the person we wish to be.
