About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a topic (listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Free for YMCA members; $5 for non-members.

About the teacher

Susan de la Vergne

Susan has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism since 2011 and began teaching in 2014. Susan is appreciated for her stories, humor, and practical advice, helping her students put Dharma teachings into practice in their daily lives.
