Stress Free Living: Transforming Anger and Conflict – March 17 – May 5

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed and annoyed can become a normal part of our daily life experience. In this 8-week course, we will explore practical solutions to the problems of stress and anger, deconstructing the actual causes and learning how to use these experiences as opportunities for growth and development.

About the teacher

Susan de la Vergne

Susan has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for six years and has been teaching our La Cañada branch class for two years. Susan is appreciated for her stories, humor, and clarity, helping her students put Dharma teachings into practice.
